Kata Kellényi is a Hungarian-American Art Director based in Los Angeles.

With over a decade of experience across international film, television, commercial productions, spatial design, exhibitions, and experiential projects.

She spent the first half of her life in front of the camera and on stage, working within the frame rather than observing it. Those years shaped an instinctive understanding of presence, rhythm, composition, and how visual space supports people and performance.

Moving behind the camera came naturally. What followed was not a career change but an expansion — from set design and art direction into interiors, exhibitions, graphic design, events, and floral design. Across these disciplines, she develops concepts and translates them into physical environments, visual identities, and experiences, often taking a project from the initial idea through design, coordination, and execution.

Her approach is rooted in the relationship between space, image, and people. Whether designing a set, an exhibition, an interior, or an event, she works across creative and practical disciplines to create environments that are considered, functional, and visually distinctive.
